Halo 3 Latest Release News

There will be a new way to buy Halo 3 other than a boring box that sits in the pile collecting dust, there will be a "legendary edition" this is sort of a "special-special-edition" that consists of a Full-size replica of the Master Chiefs helmet that contains 4 DVDs with material.

1= The Game

2=Various documentaries and audio commentary

3=Spinoffs such as "Red vs Blue" and "Spark of Life"

4= ALL the cutscenes from all three games in Hi-def

what we know will be added to Halo 3

2 New Weapons:

Spiker: the weapon of choice for brutes.

Spartan Laser: An anti-veichle weapon, fires a red laser that pretty much destroys any veichle that is hit.

A New Vehicle: Moongoose: The ATV that was supposed to be in Halo 2. It carries 2 people and it doesn't have any weapons so it's mainly a means of getting from point A to point B as fast as possible.

There are 3 levels which are revealed, Valhalla = blood gulch, High Ground = Zanzibar, Snowbound = Frost bite.

I will try to find out more info for you on the maps as i know thats what you all want to see, maybe a picture or two soon!!!

you must have a hitachi dvd drive how do you tell go here http://www.xbox360fanboy.com/2006/03/13/fanboy-poll-what-brand-is-your-360s-dvd-drive/ the hatachi has a hole on the right of the disc tray.. quite important as the samsung mod is not out yet.. although some shops are selling it as a stocked unit.. once you have paid then it will change to awaiting delivery 6-8weeks... and then they dont care they have your money and you have to wait and wait..

Oh my god they have just spoilled my FAV game on Halo2.... What are they doing.. dont they know that swat is all about 1 hit kills... now all you have to do is bridge connection and you win.. Last night i went on for about 4 games.. (i wasn't bridging) and all four games were bridged.. Guess what i LOST... FUNNY that.. Bungie come on sort it out.. Put i back to non-ranked or put in swat training.....

Well Halo Gen has been around for about 3yrs or so and is done by Derelict Studios. they have done such a nice Mod of a RTS that microsoft decided that they have been infringing copyrights and politley asked them to stop there project..Read Derelicts reasons @ www.derelictstudios.net/halo on why... so WHY havent microsoft been worried before... Oh thats right they have there own halo RTS game...
